Alliance's adult BJJ programme runs the same world-championship-proven system used by its senior competitive team, structured into fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced classes by belt level so training partners are genuinely well-matched. Both gi and no-gi sessions are available, and all coaching is delivered by black belts — not assistant instructors running the room while a head coach floats between classes. Sessions run Monday, Wednesday evenings, and Friday, with a free trial available.
This session runs 75 minutes. Classes follow a structured format: a formal bow-in, warm-up and conditioning, technique drills, and practice with partners. Children are never paired with adults. The belt or grading system provides clear milestones — most academies hold gradings every 3–4 months. Uniforms (gi or dobok) are usually required and can be purchased through the academy. Alliance Dubai Jiu-Jitsu offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Quality martial arts instruction emphasises restraint and respect, not aggression. If a class feels intimidating or overly competitive for beginners, it's the wrong academy. The best instructors create an environment where children genuinely want to return.
