Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Just Do It ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. The platform

Just Do It is a marketplace that connects families ("users") with activity providers ("providers"). We are not a party to the activity service itself — that contract exists between the user and the provider. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment.

3. User accounts

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.
• You may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or impersonate others.

4. Bookings & payments

When you submit a booking request, the provider receives a notification and confirms availability. Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of booking confirmation. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & refunds: Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed on their activity page before you book. Just Do It may mediate disputes but is not liable for refunds outside of platform error.

5. Provider obligations

Providers agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Honour confirmed bookings.
• Hold all required UAE business licenses and liability insurance.
• Not circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees for bookings originated through Just Do It.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users and providers must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Use the platform to engage in unlawful activity.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (excluding user-submitted content) is owned by Just Do It or its licensors. User-submitted content (photos, descriptions) remains your property; by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

Just Do It is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of activities listed. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
