An organised social padel league for adults of all levels, built around rotating partners and a mixed doubles format rather than fixed teams — genuinely oriented toward meeting people and building a regular padel social circle as much as competitive improvement. Post-match refreshments are part of the format, reinforcing the social framing over a purely competitive league structure. Sessions run Friday and Saturday evenings at Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, with a free trial available.
This session runs 90 minutes. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. CF Padel Academy offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
