Technique-focused padel covering volleys, smashes, bandejas, and doubles strategy on the Dubai Polo Club's championship courts, taught by FIP-certified coaching staff — the International Padel Federation's own coaching credential, a genuinely internationally recognised standard rather than a locally-issued certificate. Ages 11 and up; sessions run Monday, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings, with a free trial available.

What to expect from sports classes

Sports sessions in the UAE typically last 45–90 minutes and are grouped by age and ability. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end.
