Technique-focused padel covering volleys, smashes, bandejas, and doubles strategy on the Dubai Polo Club's championship courts, taught by FIP-certified coaching staff — the International Padel Federation's own coaching credential, a genuinely internationally recognised standard rather than a locally-issued certificate. Ages 11 and up; sessions run Monday, Wednesday evenings, and Saturday mornings, with a free trial available.
This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 11+. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. CF Padel Academy offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
