This session runs 90 minutes. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
