Competitive but welcoming, it has become the easiest way to find regular hitting partners in the city. Sunday and Thursday evening sessions run up to 90 minutes.
This session runs 90 minutes. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
