International Standard and Latin American dance programme for adults at Dance For You Studio in Barsha Heights, a specialist ballroom and Latin dance school open daily. Covers waltz, tango, foxtrot, samba, cha-cha, and rumba across both private and group formats, taking dancers from complete beginner to competitive level. Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday sessions run 60 minutes, with private lessons available for students who want faster, individual progress.
This session runs 60 minutes. Classes follow a structured format: warm-up and stretching, technique work (barre exercises for ballet, isolations for hip-hop), choreography or creative work, and cool-down. Most academies hold an annual performance or recital — a genuine highlight for students and families. Dress codes vary by style: ballet typically requires leotard and soft shoes, while hip-hop and contemporary are more relaxed. Dance For You Studio offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Dance develops confidence through performance. If your child is hesitant, give them at least a full term before deciding — the end-of-term showcase is often the moment they discover they love it.
