An intensive week-long holiday camp running four consecutive mornings, covering batting, bowling, and fielding drills before building toward genuine match play and a closing mini tournament — a concentrated format aimed at real skill progress during school breaks rather than a loosely supervised holiday activity. Ages 6 to 16, all levels; because it's a fixed-curriculum camp, there's no free trial — book directly for the week.
This session runs 210 minutes, for ages 6–16. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Contact Desert Cubs Cricket Academy directly to ask about trial availability.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
