Friendly group lessons for adults, capped at four players per court so everyone actually gets meaningful court time rather than standing in a long rotation line — well suited to complete beginners or anyone returning to tennis after a long break. The Dubai Marina setting at Habtoor Grand Resort makes it a pleasant way to spend a weekday evening even before factoring in the tennis itself. A free trial is available before committing to a block.
This session runs 60 minutes. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Dubai Tennis Academy offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
