Elite-track rhythmic gymnastics for girls aiming to compete at UAE national and international level, training three or more sessions weekly with dedicated focus on choreography and physical conditioning alongside apparatus technique. Squad members represent DuGym at national competitions, giving a genuine competitive outlet for the training volume required at this level. Because this squad requires an already-established rhythmic gymnastics foundation, there's no free trial. Ages 10 to 16.
This session runs 90 minutes, for ages 10–16. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear.
