As one of Dubai's oldest and most established gymnastics clubs, DuGym's introductory rhythmic class develops flexibility, coordination, and musical awareness through ribbon, ball, and hoop play — specialising in rhythmic gymnastics specifically, rather than treating it as one of several disciplines offered alongside artistic gymnastics. Weekly Saturday sessions for girls aged 3 to 5, with a free trial available.
This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 3–5. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. DuGym Rhythmic Gymnastics offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
