Grace Gymnastics' introductory stream, teaching the basic elements of rhythmic gymnastics — posture, flexibility, balance, and first work with apparatus — across studios at Al Waha, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Al Khail Road. Coaches hold Masters and Candidate Masters qualifications in rhythmic gymnastics specifically, which is a meaningfully different discipline from the artistic gymnastics most general clubs teach. The academy has around fifteen years of experience and over 160 active athletes, so beginners train in a club with a visible pathway above them. Around AED 360 per month.
This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 4–8. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Grace Gymnastics offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
