The middle stream at Grace Gymnastics, where gymnasts move into apparatus skills proper — hoop, ball, ribbon, and clubs — and begin preparing routines for competition. Training volume and technical expectation both step up from the beginner stream, and gymnasts are assessed into the group rather than aged into it. The academy competes internationally, so intermediate athletes train alongside a genuine competitive squad rather than in isolation. Studios at Al Waha, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Al Khail Road. Around AED 680 per month.
This session runs 90 minutes, for ages 7–13. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Contact Grace Gymnastics directly to ask about trial availability.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
