For adults who've outgrown casual lap swimming but aren't chasing a competitive career, Hamilton Aquatics' adult squad offers structured, coached sets built around stroke correction and pacing rather than just clocking distance. Each session mixes technique work with race-pace intervals, adjusted to the group's mixed ability levels, and coaches give real feedback rather than just calling out set numbers from the poolside. Evening sessions run Tuesday and Thursday, with an early Saturday slot for those who prefer to train before the day starts. A free trial session is available, which is worth taking if you're unsure whether squad training is a step up from what you're currently doing.
