New swimmers are assessed and placed by ability rather than age, so training groups stay evenly matched. Sessions cover all four competitive strokes alongside starts, turns, and race-pace endurance sets, run by FINA-certified coaches across three sessions a week — Monday and Wednesday evenings plus an early Friday morning slot for swimmers training around school. Because this is squad-level training rather than an introductory class, there's no free trial; swimmers typically join after progressing through the standard lesson pathway.
