Structured artistic gymnastics covering floor, vault, bars, and beam for children, following a progressive skill curriculum with capped group sizes specifically to maintain a workable coach-to-athlete ratio rather than letting classes grow uncontrolled. The Palm Jumeirah location gives i-Gym a distinctive setting compared to most Dubai gymnastics academies clustered in more central neighbourhoods. Ages 4 to 12; a free trial session is available.
This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 4–12. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. i-Gym Dubai offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
