Elite-track figure skating for athletes genuinely targeting UAE and international competition, covering jumps through Axel and Lutz level, spin combinations, and full programme choreography under coaches endorsed by the UAE Ice Sports Federation. The early training slots reflect standard competitive figure skating practice — rink time is scarce and shared, and serious training happens before the rink opens to the public. Ages 7 to 18; because this level assumes serious competitive commitment, there's no free trial.
This session runs 90 minutes, for ages 7–18. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Contact Ice Skating Evolution directly to ask about trial availability.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
