A specialist programme for the one position most football academies treat as an afterthought — this class runs LaLiga's dedicated goalkeeper methodology, covering shot stopping, distribution with both feet, positioning, and one-on-one situations specifically, rather than folding goalkeeping into general outfield training. Open to ages 8 through 18, so younger keepers train alongside a genuine goalkeeper-specific pathway rather than aging out after a season or two. Runs Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at Dubai Sports City; a free trial session is available.

What to expect from sports classes

Sports sessions in the UAE typically last 45–90 minutes and are grouped by age and ability. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear.
