As the world's first official LaLiga Academy, this programme brings the same coaching methodology used across LaLiga's youth system to Dubai Sports City, adapted for children just starting out. For ages 3 to 7 the focus stays deliberately fun-first — coordination games, ball control exercises, and small-sided play designed to build a love of football before any real tactical coaching begins. LaLiga-certified coaches run weekend morning sessions, and no prior football experience is expected or needed; a free trial session lets your child try a class before you commit to a term.
This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 3–7. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. LaLiga Academy Dubai offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
