European-trained coaches build blade awareness, distance judgement, and the sport's distinctive right-of-way rules from scratch, using foam and safety-tipped blades until technique is solid enough for full kit. This session runs 60 minutes, for ages 7–15. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end.
