Modern Swimming Academy's adult-only classes exist specifically for grown-ups who never learned to swim, or who want to rebuild confidence after years away from the water — there's no pressure of keeping pace with children, and instructors are used to working through genuine water anxiety rather than just refining technique. Evening sessions on Tuesday and Thursday make it realistic to fit around a working schedule, and a free trial lets you gauge the pace before signing up for a full term.
