A UEFA-aligned curriculum covering technical skills, tactical understanding, and genuine weekend matches — real competitive football, not just training drills — with the flexibility of choosing from 11 venues across Dubai and Sharjah to find whichever location fits a family's schedule best. Players are grouped by ability within their age band, so a strong 6-year-old and a developing 12-year-old aren't lumped together purely by age. Ages 6 to 12; sessions run Monday and Wednesday afternoons, with a free trial available.
This session runs 75 minutes, for ages 6–12. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear. Star Football Academy offers a free trial session before you commit.
Parent tip
Ask about the coach-to-student ratio before enrolling. For children under 8, groups larger than 8–10 per coach typically mean less individual feedback. A good academy will be transparent about this.
