Tennis 360's junior pathway follows the ITF Kids Tennis framework's red-orange-green ball progression, scaling court size, ball speed, and equipment to a child's actual physical stage rather than starting everyone on a full adult court. For ages 3 to 10, sessions stay games- and drill-based with mini matches worked in as skills develop, run at the Meydan location with seasonal indoor courts available when Dubai's heat makes outdoor play impractical. This session runs 55 minutes, for ages 3–10. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures. Most academies follow internationally recognised coaching frameworks and provide all equipment — you just need to bring water, comfortable clothing, and appropriate footwear.
