As the home academy of the UAE National Padel Team, World Padel Academy's youngest group uses a mini court, foam balls, and fun drills scaled specifically for small hands and short attention spans — with national team coaches genuinely on-site, not just lending their name to the programme. It's a fitting entry point for a sport that's grown rapidly across the UAE in recent years. Ages 4 to 7; weekend morning sessions, with a free trial available.

What to expect from sports classes

Sports sessions in the UAE typically last 45–90 minutes and are grouped by age and ability. Expect a warm-up phase, skill-based drills, and a game or activity at the end. Indoor facilities with air conditioning are standard across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, ensuring year-round training regardless of summer temperatures.
